BT Shop
With an increase in competition, separate mobile site and brand re-fresh imminent the BT shop team knew it was the time to make their shop work harder.
As creative and UX lead my role involved planning and running workshops to gain a better understand of the core business objectives. Creating personas, user journeys and designing a site map that ensured navigation was simple and products had more visibility by moving them up higher in the navigation.
The project was a collaborative process and we worked with both BT shop and brand teams to ensure we created pixel perfect UI on a large variety of pages from product pages to purchase journeys and editorial layouts.
With the Smart Home sector growing rapidly, we also wanted to educate customers and help them make the right product choices. We created a new Smart Home area for customers to learn about this new and popular offer; to find inspiration, ideas and guides to support them on their journey whilst building their trust and relationship with the brand.
Since launch sales have increased by 30% with a huge increase on mobile conversion.
